What Recruit Recap supports
Recruit Recap turns selected Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings into transcripts, recruiting notes and custom write-ups using a visible opt-in bot. Recruiters review the drafts. ATS integrations are scoped on demand; direct telephone capture, bot-free recording and universal ATS write-back are not established capabilities. Define what your client receives
A candidate submittal can mean an email paragraph, a formatted resume, a longer profile or a presentation with clips. Those are different deliverables. Agree the required package before comparing products; a polished summary does not prove that every export your desk needs is included.
If the client expects a reformatted resume and video evidence, ask CoRecruit to show those outputs using your own prepared example. If the client expects a written introduction, test the required sections, length and editing process in both tools. Recruit Recap’s documented offer centers on custom notes and write-ups; do not assume matching resume or video-export capabilities.
Test evidence and presentation separately
Create a fictional screen with three pieces of relevant experience, one open question and a compensation expectation stated as a USD annual base amount. First compare whether each draft preserves those facts. Then assess how quickly a consultant can make the presentation match the client’s brief.
A visually finished document can still contain an unsupported conclusion. Ask a second reviewer to identify candidate statements, recruiter interpretation and unanswered questions without reopening every part of the conversation. Record the changes they need to make before approving the draft.
Phone-heavy agencies should begin with capture
A screen conducted on a regular phone line is not automatically equivalent to a video meeting. Ask each vendor to demonstrate the exact device and call path your consultants use before evaluating the writing layer.
Recruit Recap’s verified scope is selected Google Meet, Teams and Zoom meetings using a visible opt-in bot. Direct telephone and VoIP capture are not established capabilities here. If those are essential, resolve that requirement before comparing templates or subscription cost.
Pricing: compare the workflow you would buy
Use the current Recruit Recap pricing and request a quote or current plan details from CoRecruit. Compare the same number of users, billing period, capture requirements, storage and integration work. A free entry plan and a fully configured agency rollout are different scopes. This page does not claim that either product is cheaper.
Questions to resolve in the demo
- Can a recruiter find the evidence for a sentence, correct it and share the approved version?
- Which capture methods and output formats are included in the quoted plan?
- What exactly reaches the ATS, and who handles a failed or incorrect transfer?
