What Recruit Recap supports

Recruit Recap turns selected Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings into transcripts, recruiting notes and custom write-ups using a visible opt-in bot. Recruiters review the drafts. ATS integrations are scoped on demand; direct telephone capture, bot-free recording and universal ATS write-back are not established capabilities. See the product workflow and candidate submittal scope.

Start with the consultant’s working day

A recruiter may speak to a candidate from a desk, follow up on a mobile phone and join a scheduled client meeting later. If the purchase must cover all three, test all three. A demonstration on a convenient video call does not establish support for the less visible conversations in the workflow.

RecView’s official page makes multi-channel capture a prominent part of its agency offer. Request a demonstration using the device, phone provider and ATS combination your team actually uses. Recruit Recap’s verified scope remains selected Meet, Teams and Zoom meetings with a visible opt-in bot.

Check the difference between a record and a write-up

The internal candidate record may include details that are useful to recruiters but unnecessary in a client introduction. Ask how your team creates the final client-facing version while preserving the internal notes needed for a later conversation.

Use a fictional candidate who is interested in a role but still has an unanswered question about travel. Require that question to remain open in the draft. Have a second recruiter read the record and explain what needs confirming before submission. The exercise should test clarity of the handoff, not whether the prose sounds impressive.

Make the integration test specific

Ask RecView to show matching to the correct candidate or client record and how a correction is handled. Ask Recruit Recap for the proposed on-demand integration scope, including the destination, fields and review step. In either case, inspect what happens if the record is missing or ambiguous.

If phone coverage is non-negotiable, establish it before comparing template quality. If your screens and intakes already happen in Recruit Recap’s supported video meetings, compare the resulting draft against your own format and approval process. Buy the demonstrated workflow your consultants will use.

Pricing: compare the workflow you would buy

Use the current Recruit Recap pricing and request a quote or current plan details from RecView. Compare the same number of users, billing period, capture requirements, storage and integration work. A free entry plan and a fully configured agency rollout are different scopes. This page does not claim that either product is cheaper.

Questions to resolve in the demo

  • Can a recruiter find the evidence for a sentence, correct it and share the approved version?
  • Which capture methods and output formats are included in the quoted plan?
  • What exactly reaches the ATS, and who handles a failed or incorrect transfer?
